  • One month’s security deposit

Yes. Flexible move-in dates are available, depending on unit readiness and lease start coordination.

  • All new leases are 12-month terms only
  • This applies to both 900 E Grand and 1000 E Grand

Yes. All policies listed above apply to both properties, except for utilities, where:
